Due to the personal nature of our products, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided the items are unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Place the unused item in its original brand box and transit packaging to ensure it remains protected during the return shipment.

  Pickup & Inspection

  We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address, after which our quality control team will inspect the product to verify its original seal and condition.

  Refund Processing

  Once the return is approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
